Role Overview & Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Executive to manage travel arrangements, tour packages, reservations, and customer support services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to create memorable travel experiences for clients. This role involves handling bookings, itinerary planning, and promoting travel products and services
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Assist clients with domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and travel documentation.
• Promote travel packages and achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
