Role Overview & Description
We are seeking Ground staff to responsible for Assist passengers through check-in, boarding, arrivals, and basic travel queries. Coordinate with airline and airport teams to keep passenger flow smooth and on time. Verify documents and follow airline procedures during departures and arrivals. Deliver courteous customer service while working in a shift-based airport environment
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Handle check-in and boarding support activities.
• Verify travel documents and passenger details.
• Guide passengers during arrivals, departures, and gate changes.
• Coordinate with baggage, ramp, and airline teams.
• Resolve routine passenger queries and service issues.
