The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth store functioning and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow * Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets * Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability * Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation standards * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally * Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and performance analysis * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment * Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards * Monitor cash handling, billing, and financial transactions * Train, schedule, and evaluate store employees * Develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or related field * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Knowledge of inventory and retail management systems * Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills * Sales and target management * Inventory control and stock management * Problem-solving and decision-making * Team leadership and staff training * Organizational and analytical skills Experience * 3–7 years of experience in retail, store operations, or inventory management * Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary package * Performance incentives * Health insurance * Annual leave benefits * Career growth opportunities * Other company benefits as per policy
