Role Overview & Description
We are hiring experienced Site Managers for a leading Oil & Gas Project in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing large-scale site operations, construction activities, manpower, and project resources. Candidates must have extensive experience in scaffolding, insulation, and fireproofing services within Oil & Gas . Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on safety, quality, and timely completion are essential
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise overall site construction and project activities.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project specifications.
