We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee daily operations for a leading Facilities Management company in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, coordinating site activities, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills with proven experience in managing facility maintenance projects and client relationships

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facility maintenance operations, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed efficiently. • Lead and manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards while maintaining company policies and client requirements. • Prepare maintenance schedules, site reports, resource planning, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and management for smooth project execution. • Monitor inventory, equipment, materials, and maintenance budgets while implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
