We are Seeking a Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and compliance. The role ensures effective financial planning and supports project profitability in construction and maintenance operations
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability
• Manage cash flow, payments, and financial planning
• Handle audits, tax filings, and financial documentation
• Develop financial strategies to improve business performance
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong analytical and financial management skills
Strategic thinking and decision-making
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control
Familiarity with Saudi financial regulations and VAT
