Role Overview & Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Factory Manager to oversee manufacturing operations for our NBR/XPLE production facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, quality assurance, inventory control, workforce supervision, maintenance, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in manufacturing operations, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily factory operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, monitor workflow, and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, raw material planning, equipment maintenance, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, HSE regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate production teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
