Role Overview & Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to convince customers effectively. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
