We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The role involves handling enquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Counsel students on courses, career options, and admission procedures • Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions • Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and schedules • Maintain student records and update CRM systems • Support marketing activities such as seminars, events, and campaigns • Build strong relationships with students and parents

Basic Computer Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Target-driven and self-motivated Positive and customer-focused attitude
