We are hiring a dynamic and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves handling enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures • Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads • Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions • Provide accurate information on courses, fees, and schedules • Maintain student records and update CRM systems • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities • Build and maintain relationships with students and parents

Required Skills & Expertise

Basic Computer Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Target-oriented and self-motivated Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Education & Study Field

Higher Secondary / 12th / Intermediate Diploma
