We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities • Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups • Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and admission procedures • Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly • Support the admission process from enquiry to enrollment • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students • Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and campaigns • Incentives added on each admissions

Required Skills & Expertise

Basic Computer Knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Customer-oriented approach with a friendly attitude
