Role Overview & Description
We are looking for a motivated Salesman / Sales Executive to generate new business, meet customers, promote company products and services, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote products/services and explain features, pricing and benefits.
- Conduct customer visits and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Required Skills & Expertise
Good communication and negotiation.
Customer relationship management.
Lead generation and follow-up.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Target-oriented approach.
