The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Requirements * 3–5 years of experience in sales, including team management experience. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. * Valid driving license is preferred. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to team members • Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives
