Role Overview & Description
We are hiring skilled Rigger-II professionals for a leading industrial project in Qatar with experience in heavy lifting, rigging, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of selecting lifting equipment, securing loads, and guiding crane operations safely and efficiently. Candidates must have good knowledge of rigging tools, lifting plans, signals, and site safety procedures. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safe lifting practices are essential
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Perform rigging and lifting activities according to approved lifting plans.
• Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting equipment before use.
• Secure and balance loads properly for safe lifting and movement.
• Communicate effectively with crane operators using standard hand signals and communication systems.
• Follow lifting procedures, HSE requirements, and maintain proper housekeeping.
