Role Overview & Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Management Trainee to support store operations, sales activities, customer service, and team coordination while learning retail management practices. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership potential, and an interest in retail business operations
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Assist in daily store operations and retail management activities
• Support sales targets and customer service excellence
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and product displays
• Participate in staff scheduling and team coordination
• Learn retail strategies, merchandising, and sales planning
Required Skills & Expertise

Time management and organizational abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems)
