Role Overview & Description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medico-Legal Officer to manage medico-legal cases, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate between medical and legal departments. The role requires strong knowledge of medical laws, hospital procedures, and legal reporting standards
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Handle all medico-legal cases (MLC) as per hospital/legal protocols
• Coordinate with police, legal authorities, and hospital departments
• Provide expert opinion in medico-legal matters when required
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, laws, and regulations
• Support hospital administration in legal procedures and cases
