Responsible for supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building, MEP and technical equipment.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
-Plan and supervise maintenance activities.
-Assign tasks to technicians.
-Diagnose recurring equipment problems.
-Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
-Prepare maintenance reports and monitor spare parts.
Required Skills & Expertise
Maintenance planning.
Team supervision.
Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting.
CMMS basics.
Reporting.
