Role Overview & Description
We are seeking an experienced Lamination Line Operator to join a leading packaging manufacturing company . The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring lamination machines used in flexible packaging production, ensuring consistent product quality, maximizing machine efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company safety and production standards
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor lamination line machines to achieve production targets and quality requirements.
• Adjust machine settings, adhesive application, web tension, temperature, and pressure to ensure proper lamination quality.
• Inspect laminated materials for bonding strength, alignment, appearance, and other quality parameters.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, identify operational issues, and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems.
• Maintain production records, ensure housekeeping standards, and follow company safety and quality procedures.
