Role Overview & Description
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and monitor irrigation systems for agricultural and landscaping operations efficiently. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of irrigation equipment, water distribution systems, and maintenance procedures. The role involves inspecting irrigation networks, repairing system faults, monitoring water flow efficiency, and ensuring proper irrigation operations while supporting agricultural productivity and environmental standards.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, and maintain irrigation pipelines, sprinklers, pumps, and water distribution systems
• Monitor irrigation schedules and ensure efficient water flow for agricultural or landscaping operations
• Diagnose irrigation system faults and perform repair and maintenance activities promptly
• Maintain maintenance records, water usage reports, and irrigation system documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with irrigation safety procedures and environmental water management standards
Required Skills & Expertise
Irrigation system installation and maintenance expertise
Knowledge of pumps, pipelines, and sprinkler systems
Water flow monitoring and troubleshooting capability
Agricultural irrigation scheduling and repair skills
Understanding of environmental and irrigation safety practices
