Role Overview & Description
We are looking for a skilled and technically competent Home Automation Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain smart home and building automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with home automation, electrical systems, networking, and smart devices, along with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Install and configure home automation and smart home systems.
Set up and integrate lighting, curtains, HVAC, security, access control, audio/video, and smart devices.
Perform wiring, cabling, device installation, and system configuration.
Program and configure automation controllers and smart devices.
Test systems and ensure proper functionality after installation.
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Conduct site inspections and understand client requirements.
Provide technical support and explain system operation to customers.
Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and other technicians during projects.
Maintain installation records and follow safety procedures.
