Role Overview & Description
We are hiring an ERP Consultant to implement, customize, and support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for business operations. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP modules, providing user training, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring successful ERP implementation and integration. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, business process understanding, and problem-solving abilities
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Analyze business processes and gather ERP system requirements
• Configure, implement, and customize ERP modules based on client needs
• Provide user training and technical support for ERP applications
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with development teams
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and implementation plans
Required Skills & Expertise
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics
Business process analysis and system implementation skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Communication and client coordination skills
Database and reporting knowledge
Education & Study Field
Bachelor's Degree (Undergraduate)
