Role Overview & Description
We are hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors for a leading Power Plant Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supervising electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities in power plant environments. Candidates must be capable of leading electrical teams and coordinating daily site activities efficiently. Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills are essential
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities.
• Lead electricians and technicians and allocate manpower according to work requirements.
• Monitor electrical equipment, cables, panels, switchgear, motors, and related systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
