Role Overview & Description
We are hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors for a leading Power Plant Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience supervising electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities. Candidates must be capable of leading electrical technicians and coordinating daily site activities efficiently. Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills are essential
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities.
• Lead electricians and technicians and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor electrical equipment, panels, switchgear, motors, and cable systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Ensure all electrical activities comply with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
