Role Overview & Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Visit salons, beauty parlours, distributors, retailers, and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional activities.
• Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports.
Required Skills & Expertise
Time Management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Education & Study Field
