Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Valid driving license is preferred.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts
• Negotiate terms and close business deals to achieve sales targets
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
