Seeking a knowledgeable Agro Officer to support agricultural development activities, provide technical guidance to farmers, and monitor field-level farming operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, advising on crop management practices, supporting agro-input usage (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides), and assisting in implementing agricultural programs. The role requires strong field knowledge, problem-solving ability, and coordination with farmers and agricultural teams to improve productivity and promote sustainable farming practices.
